Description
This data file describes which HCPCS/CPT®
code combinations are inappropriate if billed together (unbundling
and mutual exclusivity). Two files are provided, with data presented
in two columns of procedures (A & B). The column B procedure
will not be reimbursed when rendered by the same provider on the
same date of service as the procedure in column A.

Licensing
The above price based on the number of workstations
using the data files and allows for network or system access of
up to 25 workstations. Larger networks, systems or facility prices
are quoted individually. All sales on data files are Final.
